By Booking a Stall I agree to the following:
1. Stalls are (10' by 10'') and 6' table is provided. Only one stall per vendor.
2. Vendors must adhere to Covid Safety Protocol, ie. Social Distancing, Hand sanitizing and remind buyers. More details will be sent in Vendor Package.
3. All items must be used or have a used component. Used and upcycle vendors get priority in bookings.
4. Jewelry vendors must sell repurposed or upcycled jewelry only.
5. Vendors that sell products supporting sustainability are permitted with prior approval (beeswax wraps, local, handmade etc)
6. Vendors must have a tent. Bring your own accessory racks, chairs or small tables. Tent rentals are available.
7. Market will be extensively advertised on Social Media, Flyers & the Local paper. Vendors encouraged to promote event as well. Share, Share, Share
8. Vendors are responsible for removing all items and leaving space as found.
9. The organizer of this market is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or poor sales.
10. No Refunds permitted one week prior to the sale, but will be refunded with advance notice of more than 1 week.
11. Photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
12. Photos and description of product must be submitted upon confirmation.
13. REUZ Market has the right to cancel and refund any vendor that does not meet these guidelines.
