Vendor Information/Agreement
By Booking a Table I agree to the following:
1. Set up will be from 8:30-9:30 am. Nothing must be taped on floors or walls.
2. 15% commission will be applied to all vendor sales. You can submit this at the end of the sale or up to 2 days later. This is a Massey Theatre policy.
3. Tables for vendors with personal items are $40 each and include 1 rack or small accessory table. Tables are 6'.
4. All items must be used or have a used component. Used and upcycle vendors get priority in bookings.
5. Jewelry vendors must sell repurposed or upcycled jewelry only.
6. Vendors that sell products that support sustainability are permitted  with prior approval (beeswax wraps,  local, handmade etc)
7. Table coverings and skirts are provided, bring your own customized table covering, access to electricity or location requests cannot be guaranteed.
8. Market will be extensively advertised on Social Media, Flyers  &  the Local paper. Vendors encouraged to promote event as well. Share, Share, Share
9.  Vendors are responsible for removing all items and leaving building as it was found.
10. The organizer of this market is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or poor sales.
11. No Refunds permitted one week prior to the sale, but will be refunded with advance notice of more than 1 week.
12. Photos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.
13. Photos and description of product must be submitted upon confirmation.
14. REUZ Market Organizer has the right to cancel and refund any vendor that does not meet these guidelines.
