Reuz Recycling was founded by Sarita Stenerson, who had a successful Estate Sale business and was a Personal Property Appraiser for over 20 years. She has vast experience with "rehoming" items people no longer want. She is an avid believer in the stewardship of "stuff" and the material history of "things".
She began organizing the first REUZ Market in 2018 which was a Swap Meet with a Reuse focus. Due to the Covid Pandemic, she no longer organizes REUZ Market and has focused her energies in other areas of Sustainability and Community Service.
